Oyo CDA Sacks Woman From Community For Practsing Lesbianism

The Ido Eruwa Community Development Association, Ibadan Oyo State has kicked out one Adeleye Olabisi Gift, wife of Adegbola Ademola Usman from the community for allegedly engaging in same sex act.

The Community in a letter dated March 20, 2023 and with the title 'Abomination Act Perpetrated By Adeleye Olabisi Gift, wife of Adegbola Ademola Usman' Request To Vacate the Community' and signed by the Chairman Chief Bolutife Adesanya and the Secretary, Ayodele Beyioku gave Adeleye Olabisi Gift seven days quit notice saying that if she fails to leave the community, they may take a drastic action.

It was gathered that the letter followed the outcome of a community meeting held last Saturday where it was gathered that Adeleye Olabisi Gift was few weeks ago caught engaging in same sex act with another female partner.

The CDA which saw the act as an abomination and a sacrilege, ordered Adeleye Olabisi Gift to leave the community so that the sacrilege could be cleansed.

While enforcing the vacation order, the Community' leaders and some Youths who were escorted to the place by some security officers, were seen throwing away property of Adeleye Olabisi Gift outside the house located at M/Alao Street, Ido Eruwa Road ,Ibadan Oyo state.

Speaking to Our Correspondent, Chief Bolutife Adesanya said the community frowns at Adeleye Olabisi Gift action and in order to prevent the bad effect of her actions on the community and guide against her from been a bad influence on the Youths and other women in the community, they had to take the action.

He said already they had perfected plans to hand her over to the security agencies for prosecution, but the necessary paper to work on has not been done.

He warned others that might want to take after her to have a rethink as the Community and law enforcement agency are up to the task.
